I'm your host, Doug Resh, and I've dedicated my career to amplifying corporate images through strategic storytelling and initiatives, driving sales growth across diverse food and beverage enterprises, from publicly traded giants to family-owned businesses.

​

My journey in the industry has seen me hold various sales and marketing executive roles, entrepreneurship also runs in my veins, as I've owned and successfully sold a food brokerage and an import/export business.

 

Known for driving flavor trends for a top 10 global flavor manufacturer, I've also played key roles in expanding the U.S. presence of food ingredients as Western Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager.

 

Education is a cornerstone of my professional journey, holding a B.S. in International Business/International Studies from Millersville University, an M.S. in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University, and a Certificate of International Food Law from Michigan State University.

 

Beyond the boardroom, I've been honored with the Produce Business News 40 under 40 award and have explored culinary landscapes in 46 states and over 20 countries. Committed to making a positive impact, I actively contribute to charity organizations and community service initiatives.

HOLDEN ROUSE

I'm your host, Holden Rouse, and I've journeyed through the food industry, making significant strides in product development and innovation.

 

I led development efforts for key customers, forging essential relationships that drove the success of major projects in nutrition, flavors and spices. 

​

My commitment to quality and innovation has fueled category growth and shaped the future of the industry. I love collaborating closely with customers to craft unique blends and amazing flavors.

​

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Food Product Development, Nutritional Biochemistry, and the Chemistry and Technology of Flavors. Additionally, I earned an Associate of Science at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College through a partnership program with the University of Cincinnati.

​

Beyond labs and boardrooms, my passion extends to shaping the future of the industry and educating consumers about the significance of what we eat.
